Our  Retail Middle Markets team specialises in the sale of Supermarkets, Hardware, Neighbourhood Shopping Centres, and Large Format Retail assets across Australia. We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Retail Property Analyst to support our Capital & Middle Markets team.

This is genuinely a unique opportunity to work alongside market leaders, contributing to the analysis, marketing, and negotiation of major retail property transactions.

Your Role:

As a Retail Property Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in the full campaign lifecycle, providing market intelligence and financial insights that drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial and cash flow modelling for retail assets
• Preparing high-quality submissions, pitches, and information memorandums
• Coordinating technical and financial due diligence, including lease reviews and benchmarking
• Researching market trends and maintaining key data sources
• Supporting the development of new business opportunities
• Attending client meetings and preparing campaign progress reports

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about retail property and ready to grow within a national team.

Essential:

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the Australian retail property market

Highly Desirable:

• CPV qualification
• Experience in a commercial property business, ideally within the retail asset class
