Job Description

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer looking for a dynamic and rewarding part-time role?  We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Finance team in our Auckland CBD office. 

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team. This part-time role requires you to work 32 hours per week, with a mandatory working day on Friday. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and administering the invoice and expense management system.
  • Performing supplier reconciliations and accounting for all expenses processed
  • Administrating the AP expenses mailbox and handling internal and external queries.
  • Managing credit card reconciliations and posting automatic payment journals.
  • Supporting cost analysis and property marketing accounting functions.
  • Assisting with recharge and revenue invoicing.
  • Posting receipting journals and clearing bank reconciliations.
  • Building relationships with internal staff nationwide and participating in system improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Experience in financial systems, especially SAP Concur, and working with chart of accounts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
