Job Description

We are seeking an administrative professional looking to accelerate their career and step into a Personal Assistant role, supporting Lachlan MacGillivray (Managing Director, Asia Pacific | Retail Capital Markets).

Based in our Sydney CBD office, the ideal candidate will hold strong administrative experience and be seeking a challenging support role within a fast-paced office environment.

In this valued role, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support, including diary and email management.
  • Drafting communication, including announcements, meeting agendas and presentations on behalf of the Managing Director to external and internal clients.
  • Campaign management, including responding to enquiries and preparing enquiry schedules to present to clients.
  • Organising international travel and other related arrangements (flights, transfers hotel bookings, detailed itineraries).
  • Preparing expense requests, processing credit card payments and other financial transactions.
  • Assisting in maintenance of accurate records on team budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinating the preparation of client meetings and functions, including organising and setting up any required catering.

Qualifications

To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external clients, and an overall great team player.
